The culinary team here has worked at top restaurants in Monaco, before being hand selected to run Le Cirque. After moving on to make the Ritz-Carlton's Atelier one of the best restaurants in the city; the head chef finally landed at Beautique.
That South of France inspiration extends to the opulent dining room, with suede club chairs, velvet curtains, and backlit walls in shades of gray - evoking the sensual elegance of a 1920s supper clubs that Coco Chanel would have frequented.
The Mediterranean-influenced, modern American menu showcases top quality dishes full of unique ingredients, such as the phenomenal Black Truffle Mac & Cheese.
For the entree, choose market fresh catches like the succulent Halibut (polenta cake, garlic herb sauce). For heartiest of appetites, the Riviera-style Rack of Lamb will hit the spot.
The perfect pairings to these dishes are cocktails created by James Beard-nominated mixologist Charlotte Voisey. Try the Bourbon Berry Smash (strawberry, blueberry, Maker's Mark, mint, lime), the Cadillac Margarita (santera reposado, Grand Marnier) or one of the many others.
