Founder Melissa Tavss hails from a long line of Italian ice-cream masters - as far back as the 1800s, to be exact - and hoped to pay homage to her impressive lineage with contemporary spins on the delightfully icy treat.
Tipsy Scoop uses fine spirits, crisp wines, fresh ingredients, and a state-of-the-art commercial grade batch ice cream machine to develop their unique flavors. In this class, you'll be guided through decorating two seasonal sundaes: Chocolate Stout infused with Guinness and the Spiced Pumpkin Pie made with Sailor Jerry's Rum.
