The restaurant’s story is based on a strong desire to share the passion for the culinary traditions of Italy passed down from generation to generation - namely the colors, aromas & fresh pastas, all achieved through an attention to raw ingredients & centuries-old preparation techniques.
The culinary team at SolA took their training in Italy and time spent in kitchens around the world to bring dishes like the Tagliatelle Al Tartufo Nero to life, adorned in parmesan fondue and shaved black truffle. Not to mention the renowned Tonnarelli Cacio E Pepe and its pecorino cheese fondue and black pepper.
