Start with the smokey, savory Grilled Oysters topped with Bacon Mignonette; then move on to the hearty Grass-Fed Hanger Steak (roasted mushroom, potato parsnip purée, red wine reduction). The Fried Chicken & Waffles is another house favorite paired with rich collard greens and topped off with smoked jalapeno honey.

Step inside Live Bait's rustic, neon-lit dining room, and you'll find yourself in a down-home BBQ & seafood joint made famous by the coastal Carolinas.
True to its name, LIve Bait tempts diners with fresh local littleneck clams, creamy and briny oysters, and plump shrimp. The vintage photographs of Southern songstresses, cheeky alligators and flickering neon signs complete the ambiance of a bayou boathouse.
To start, go for the golden fried Jumbo Lump Crab Cake or the 3 Cheese Mac & Cheese topped with toasted corn bread crumbs.
Next, try the Blackened Atlantic Salmon with brown butter lemon tartar & sweet corn hush puppies. Meat enthusiasts will find the juicy Carolina Ribs (1/2 rack baby back, coleslaw, fries) more than satisfying.
