Upon opening in 2017, The 5 Star Williamsburg Hotel quickly became the most coveted address in town, as renowned for its ambient splendor as for its cultural programming and fashionable clientele.

The hotel's resident restaurant Harvey was inspired in part by 19th-century carriage houses, which is reflected in the brick arches and white pillars soaring through the loft-like space.

Executive Chef Nicolas Caicedo, who earned his culinary stripes working alongside Spain’s highest-Michelin-starred toque, Martín Berasategui, directs the kitchen with a flair for texture and creativity.

Called the Brooklyn High Tea, the in-house high tea program offers exquisite brews such as Korean White Lotus (stress relief, skin boost, lower blood pressure) and Sokuchouzan Matcha, a ceremonial grade matcha with exceptional smoothness and no hint of bitterness.

The mouthwatering tray of traditional tea bites are a foodie's dream come true, featuring the Brown Butter & Coffee Ganache Tarte, the Carrot Cake, the Green Apple, Camembert & Fig Jam Toast, and so much more.

Whether you're catching up with a friend or celebrating a special occasion, this high tea promises an enchanting afternoon...
