The 4.5 Hour Premium Open Bar will be sure to keep things flowing from conversations to dessert to dancing, while the live music, a silent auction, and a live auction just add to the celebratory mood.
The exquisite dishes, swanky atmosphere and delicious cocktails will make for a magical evening - and you'll feel even better that it's all for a great cause!
One of the NYC social season's undisputed highlights, The Annual Chefs for Impact Gala is a glamorous evening of culinary stars, exceptional cuisine and freely flowing drinks, all set within a festive ambiance shared with altruistic-minded guests.
The evening will feature six of New York City's top chefs, who will each prepare and present a signature dish. Take your pick from any - or all - of the following: the Cured Salmon (gooseberry gel, micro herbs, house-smoked cream cheese), the Fish Jollaf Rice (curry powder & vegetables), the Truffle Oxtail (peri peri sauce) and Kabocha Pumpkin (served with Harissa spices).
Finally, for dessert the Lavender Honey Cake à la Mode is yet another one of the otherworldly delights on the menu!
Featured chefs include Eric Simeon, who has worked with Marcus Samuelsson and Wolfgang Puck; Mark Henegan (Madiba, named one of 50 Best American Restaurants by Gourmet); Rhonda Crosson, the head baker at Claus Meyer's Great Northern Food Hall; Matt Swantston (Gooey&Co., Martha Stewart American Made finalist); Lissadell Cohen-Serrins (Dizengoff, NY Times Critic's Pick) and Matt Bernero (Rose Water, Boulud Sud & Metropolitan Museum of Art).
The evening will also feature a virtual reality (VR) film experience that will transport you to Africa. Don a VR headset to explore a day in the life of a young girl with big dreams!
All proceeds from Chefs for Impact will benefit Impact Network, a New York-based nonprofit organization that brings education to thousands of vulnerable students in rural Africa.
