Using beautiful, organic ingredients that he personally hand selects daily, Chef Rafik combines Mediterranean, French & American tastes to create new, enticing flavors previously unknown.
The Steak au Poivre is a delicacy - comprised of tender strip sirloin laden with rich, creamy peppercorn sauce - as is the Grilled Marinated Tuna cooked to rosy perfection and sided by sautéed spinach and golden roasted potatoes.
