A cult favorite pizzeria in the heart of Nolita, L'asso is celebrated for its incredible, authentic Italian pies made with unbleached, unbromated flour for the dough (or high quality gluten-free flour as an alternative).
The restaurant's special double-mouth brick oven is fired with oak and cherry logs to give the pies a smoky flavor - the ideal touch to a thin, crispy yet airy crust.
This crust is then topped with classic Italian combinations like pitch perfect Margherita D.O.C., (tomato sauce, real buffalo mozzarella, basil & EVOO).
