Helmed by chef and restaurateur Alejandra Aco, Villa Cemita brings the brilliant flavors of traditional Puebla cuisine with Spanish, French, and Arabic influences.
Authentic ingredients and artisanal preparations come together for brilliant and unforgettable dishes, such as the exquisite Mole Poblano, showcasing the housemade sauce with 32 different spices and herbs and simmered for 3 hours for heady flavor.
