The 3rd Annual Creole Food Festival brings the best of African, Caribbean, Latin American, South American, and Southern cuisine to one of the food capitols of the world, New York City, for a weekend of exceptional fare, delicious cocktails, and epic vibes at Skinny's Cantina On The Hudson, just steps from the waterfront.
A food festival like no other, this gathering will introduce new palates and treat experienced palates to these rich cultures, with participating tourism boards on deck to inspire a bit of wanderlust, in addition to live cooking demos from top star chefs.
On the roster will be the likes of Joseph Johnson (Esquire Magazine Best New Restaurant in America), Gregory Gourdet (Bravo Top Chef All-Star & Judge), Gabriela Ramos (Lola Caribbean), Kamal Hoyte (Chef-Partner at Pekarna, Featured in Zagat and The New York Times), and then some!
They'll be serving up a showcase of scrumptious fare alongside cocktails and seltzers from Truly to heighten the flavors, giving you liquid courage to dance along to live music from DJs and bands filling the gorgeous outdoor scene with energy and festive feels.
