This year's The Tempest follows Prospero, a deposed duke turned magician, and his daughter, Miranda, on their island where they have been stranded for twelve years. Using his magic, Prospero creates a storm to wreck a nearby ship, bringing new people to the island, causing comedy and romance to ensue.
