Sound artist Maria Chavez invites experimental guitarist, artist and architect, Sandy Ewen, to share in an evening of pairings. Revisiting their collaboration PAIRED, adding in Ewen’s latest CGI video works, RE:pairing hopes to create an enhanced presentation of their unique improvised performance language using four turntables, eight needles, two DJ mixers, two guitar pickups, six guitar strings, and a variety of implements.
