Come sweat for a back to back HIIT & POP Pilates class by Penn Station! From 5:30pm-6:00pm, you'll try out the Ultimate Booty Lift technique by PIIT28, a high-energy workout that uses the toning and core strengthening aspects of pilates to take your traditional hiit routine to the next level. From 6:00pm-7:00pm, you'll work it out with POP Pilates, aka a dance on the mat, combining ab-chiseling Pilates, total body defining strength training, and the energy of dance to create a one-of-a-kind experience for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
