Each month Film + Feast features a new chef and filmmaker, showcasing an independently made short film, accompanied by a Q&A, and exquisite hand crafted dishes and half hour open bar. This month's chef is Ronal Josue Valdez who will be serving Baleadas (a Honduran dish made of homemade flour tortillas, refried beans, queso Blanco and avocado) and Ropa Vieja (a traditional Cuban meat dish on top of a fried plantin).
