Join The Alchemist's Kitchen for a soundbath meditation. You'll begin with light stretching to loosen and relax the body. Then, participants are invited to close their eyes and look within as the music begins. The music uses pre-recorded tracks full of healing frequencies and rhythms, combined with live instrumental performances on a variety of flutes, saxophone and singing bowls, in the middle of which you will do a brief guided meditation before continuing with the sonic meditation.
