Time to make merry with Swedes!! The annual Swedish Midsummer Festival will take place in Battery Park City on the southern tip of Manhattan this evening. Event starts at 5pm and goes until 8pm. At this special celebration, adults and children of all ages will help decorate the midsummer pole, make flower wreaths, play traditional games and dance to authentic fiddle music.
