Staten Island’s Snug Harbor Cultural Center tonight begins its free outdoor Movies Under the Stars series with a screening of “Mamma Mia!” All movies are preceded with live music by local bands from 7 p.m. on the East Meadow. Beach towels, folding chairs, and coolers are allowed. Water and popcorn will be sold and plastic chairs will be available to rent.
