On Monday, November 12, Executive Chef Jonathan Benno of Lincoln Ristorante will serve a five-course dinner featuring a culinary treasure—the earthy, rare, and intoxicating white truffle—paired with the best of Piemonte wines. This season is a favorite time of year for Chef Benno, who in 2011 was named the “The World Ambassador of White Truffles of Alba,” the Piemonte town regarded as the capital of white truffles.
