About Foundation Lower East Side NYC Bar Formerly Rewind, this Lower East Side spot nixed the Asian menu and gussied themselves up club-style. The space is now run by nightlife mavens Ronnie Kaplan (Suede, Lounge) and Jay Delalla, so expect in-the-know scenesters to drop big bucks here until the wee hours of the morning.
