Come Out & Play is an annual festival that takes place over a weekend, turning outdoor spaces into a playground for adults and children alike. For "After Dark," a neighborhood is turned into an outdoor arcade with social party games, large physical video games (think a game of tag, dressed up as Pac Man) and wild new street games from around the world. This year, After Dark is stationed at Dumbo's Manhattan Bridge Archway Plaza.
