NYC Parks is teaming up with Lake Placid, I Love NY (we thought that was just a t-shirt logo?), and I Ski NY to bring you a free winter sports festival, complete with actual fresh snow in Central Park's Bandshell. Enjoy snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, kicksledding, and sledding. Equipment will be provided at no cost or you can bring your own. After frolicking, indulge in some hot cocoa at the Taste NY Winter Market for a picture perfect snow day.
