As you enter the beautiful tasting room at the Astor Center, you will be greeted with a generous glass of welcome wine to begin your night. This will be followed by six pours of Spanish wines, with a lavish tasting plate composed of six different tapas, such as Spanish Tortilla, Chorizo, and assorted Spanish cheeses.
Walking you through these delicious wine and food pairings will be Andrew Fisher, the president of Astor Center who has personally curated wines from around the world for over 30 years, and whose expertise in the field is unmatched.
