FSNYC is a not-for-profit, membership organization dedicated to ensuring the health and well-being of New Yorkers through access to good, wholesome, nutritious, and safe food. During the Duck-Off, Guests will Get Ducked on Sunday, March 4th, from 1-3 p.m., enjoying a walk-around, ten course tasting buffet, when ten amateur and professional cooks prepare their most creative duck dishes, using regionally produced quackers and seasonal ingredients in charcuterie and duck-dominated first and second courses.
