Friday May 14 at the flagship Haagen-Dazs store in Brooklyn Heights (120 Montague St between Hicks and Henry Sts), TLC’s Cake Boss, Buddy Valastron, will be there earlier in the day to present the frozen dessert company with a gargantuan, 400-pound birthday cake—not made of ice cream—at 10:15am.
