POSTPONED UNTIL NEXT WEEK - SUNDAY NOVEMBER 4 A favorite of foodies, history buffs and savvy locals, our 11th Pickle Day will celebrate the rich history of pickle vendors of the Lower East Side and this time we are bringing back the pushcarts! On Pickle Day, you will find a range of brine-soaked delicacies from neighborhood institutions such as Guss’, who first sold pickles from barrels on the streets of the LES 100 years ago, to newcomers such as Asia Dog, who will be serving up a killer Korean spicy garlic pickle relish hot dog. - Lower East Side Pickle Day Details In addition to satisfying all of your pickle desires, there will be 30+ food and fashion vendors, lining the Astroturf-covered streets with our modernized version of the historical and unforgettable Lower East Side pushcart. There will also be a full line-up of top-tier DJs at the Tammany Hall stage and tons of fun games for all ages, such as badminton, Twister, and urban croquet.
