Union Square Wines' first sake tasting of 2019 features some of the sublime work from Niigata's Asahi Shuzo. This brewery produces the critically acclaimed, and widely celebrated Kubota range of sakes, many of which enjoy prime position on a number of NYC's top eateries. Friends from the brewery will be on hand to share a variety of styles, including limited daiginjos and opulent genshus. These are some of Japan's great sakes, and are well worth a trip to the shop. All featured pours will be discounted for the event, and the tasting will last until 5pm.
