Nighthawks, a relatively new addition to the hopping West Village restaurant scene, is a restaurant steeped in tradition.
Formerly known as Classic’s Cafe, owner restauranteur Fiko Uslu recently changed the name to Nighthawks when he found out that his restaurant is the one Edward Hopper used for his famed 1942 painting - Nighthawks.
The atmosphere here however, is anything but traditional. A lively brunch crowd is assured every weekend as New Yorkers come to enjoy locally sourced ingredients with exotic flavors that translate into sumptuous dishes.
