To connect with many contemporary artworks, just looking at the piece won’t provide clarification. Instead, it is often necessary to explore the context in which it was created. In this course led by museum educator Sharon Vatsky, you will consider works by modern and contemporary artists, ask questions, and discover some strategies for making meaningful connections with the artist’s intentions.
