Calling all creative types: make your way to Fort Mason next weekend for a two-day extravaganza of art, music, design, film, and more. The Creators Project has been attracting the art- and tech-savvy set all over the world and next weekend marks the first-ever San Francisco event.
The schmooze fest—which is meant to foster the work of emerging artists pushing boundaries of expression primarily through technology—offers workshops, panel discussions, and film screenings but also includes free performances. Don't miss installations like United Visual Artists + Scanners Origin, the 40x40-foot audiovisual cubic sculpture on display at Coachella last year and Chris Milk's interactive installation called Our Three Stages of Flight. It's free and open to the public, but you must RSVP here to get in.
