Bisou, the French bistro in the Castro, turns two this month, and they're celebrating in true Castro style-- with plenty of booze. Diners who drop in for a meal at Bisou this Saturday will be rewarded with free shots of the bar's anniversary cocktail (rye, strawberry-basil-black pepper puree, lemon, simple syrup) every half-hour, and gratis champagne will also be flowing.
