Local homebrewer Eric Denman will guide you through the process of low-budget, small-batch, high-taste home beer brewing to get the bubbles going in your kitchen. And since waiting for brewed beer may even be harder than waiting for freshly-baked cookies to leave the oven, there will be a quality beer selection on hand for sampling as well. And on top of the lesson, everyone takes home an extract starter kit with all the ingredients needed for a first batch of beer. Tickets are $60, but your resulting knowledge and future as a brewmaster will be well worth the money...
