As a thank-you from Coastal Cleanup Day, Dana Schachter will be leading an Anusara-inspired free sunrise yoga class from 8:00 to 9:00 on September 25. Bring warm layers and a yoga mat to Ocean Beach near the Great Highway and Fulton Street to join the free class. After the class ends, free breakfast courtesy of Whole Foods will be provided, so please a reusable cup to enjoy!
