Every Thursday join Lou Cornacchia, founder of Cobble Hill's Body in Balance Studio, for sunset pilates on Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park for an Intermediate Pilates Mat Class. Students will learn proper technique, core muscle strength, spinal alignment and shoulder stabilization. Classes are open to ages 16 and older. Pilates experience is suggested. Students should bring a good thick mat and a Dynaband. In event of rain, class will be held the following day (Friday) at the same time.
