For your Omakase, the chef will create your own bespoke menu which may range from tuna with beets and goat cheese to hamachi with candied ginger vinaigrette.
While each night will bring new delights, Chef Miller's creations always add a dose of the unexpected to traditional Japanese dishes, like a meltingly tender Salmon Nigiri, served with English pea, radish and sesame.
