The name Dolly Varden has always been a symbol of feisty endurance, and long before influencers, Dolly was a cultural phenomenon inspiring fashion, theater, song, art & commerce conceptually based on the eponymous coquette concocted by Mr. Charles Dickens.
As another enduring symbol, Dolly Varden was also the name of the last passenger train locomotive to run up the West Side of Manhattan, just blocks away. While the interiors are more Gatsby-era, the outdoor dining is within a scale model of an antique passenger train car.
Executive Chef Edan Garcia combines efforts with the mixology team to create a dreamland of indulgence. A cocktail tree will make its way to the table, showcasing a tower of 5 brunch cocktails of your choice, be it Bloody Marys, Rum Punch, Mimosas, and the like, all made using freshly-squeezed juice & top notch tipples.
