Grab your $75 GA Ticket (a $150 value) that gets your admission to this delicious fête, including access to a 2.5 Hour Open Bar consisting of Madiran Red Wine, Cahors Red Wine, and Armagnac Brandy, and Unlimited Tastings of 27 Top Chef Crafted Cassoulets.
Be it laden with rich duck confit, lusty beans, decadent sausage, stunning sauces, or all the above, each chef will get innovative to represent their style, with this year's lineup including Harold Moore of Charlie Palmer Steak, Alberto Marcolongo of Alain Ducasse's Benoit Restaurant, Tomo Hirouata of Mifune, Pascal Petitou of Bistro Vendome, Herve Malivert from the International Culinary Center, Ingrid Wright of Stern & Bow, and so much more.
To add a dash of celebrity, renowned cuisine stars like Philip Bertineau of the Académie Universelle du Cassoulet, Tom Colicchio (Top Chef Judge), Jacques Pépin (French Chef, Author, Icon), and Jacques Torres (Master Pastry Chef & Chocolatier), among others, will be on the panel to pick the "Most Authentic" and "Most Daring" cassoulet champions.

Perhaps there is no dish in Southwest France more iconic, cherished, and controversial than the cassoulet. Cassoulet was originally the food of peasants - a simple assemblage of what ingredients were available: white beans with pork, sausage, duck confit, gizzards, cooked together for a long time.
Although it is essentially a humble stew, cassoulet is the cause of much drama and debate. Andre Daguin, a famous chef of Gascony says, "Cassoulet is not really a recipe, it’s a way to argue among neighboring villages of Gascony." At The 8th Annual Cassoulet War, you'll dive into various presentations of this beloved dish in excess!
While you swig from free-flowing pours of Madiran Red Wine, Cahors Red Wine, and Armagnac Brandy, peruse the walkaround tasting that showcases 27 cassoulets created by some of the most talented chefs in the business, all for you to consume as you sip, chat, mix, and mingle.
The judges lineup is impressive, repping Christian Delouvrier (Master Chef of France, Les Célébrités and Lespinasse), Elizabeth Falkner (Winner of Iron Chef America), Sarah Moulton (Chef, Cookbook Author, TV Personality), Jérémie Robert (The Consul General of France in New York) and more.
The chef lineup will be equally impressive, and proceeds will benefit Action Against Hunger, a global humanitarian organization that takes decisive action against the causes and effects of hunger.
