The menu courtesy of Executive Chef Gustavo Galvao (Quality Meats & Yardbird) and Sushi Chef Yauman Kirana (Catch, Estiatorio Milos) treads the tantalizing line between French and Japanese, steak and sushi. Think: the perfectly crispy Tuna Poke (edamame, creamy wasabi, mango) to start, followed by the Lamb Chops (jus, garlic herb mash) or the buttery Mahi Mahi with a rich enoko-miso broth.
