With wild twists on traditional rolls using super-fresh fish and a killer cocktail list, this hotspot has spent the past two years making its mark on the New York City restaurant scene.
Start your meal off with a delicious cocktail such as the Shadow (Grey Goose, lychee, lemon, wine grape), the Blackberry Bramble (Makers Mark, blackberry, rosemary honey), the Cherry Tree (Absolut, morello cherry, lime, basil), or one of the many other options on the drinks menu.
Then, it's time for some fine sushi - exquisite rolls hand made by master chefs. The pick of the lot is the Tender Roll (spicy tuna, rock shrimp tempura, pickled jalapeno), however your choice of 12 other roles include the Spider Roll (soft shell crab, avocado, spicy mayo, onion, masago, eel sauce) and Sunset Roll (yellowtail, spicy tuna, salmon, fiji apple, sprouts, sriracha).
Finally, finish your meal off with a couple more cocktails and a delicious dessert - our choice, The Tiramisu (3 layers of ladyfingers, soaked in espresso, cayrum, Kahula and filled with a sweet mascarpone mousse & chocolate shavings).
