Tender Restaurant & Lounge is a a culinary journey of the senses, imagined by Executive Chef Edwin Purnomo (Sushi of Gari), who custom-curates Omakase Selections, as well as specialty rolls such as the Pink Panther with king crab and cucumber.
Chef Purnomo is known for blending eclectic flavors and fresh dishes, from classics like Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Beef Filet Carpaccio and Asian Chicken Salad; to famous creations like famous Scallop Risotto, Truffle Tagliatelle and Black Cod. Plus, a menu of fresh sushi rolls and pieces satisfy even the toughest critics.
To pair with the delicious fare, diners enjoy cocktails by award-winning mixologist Isaac Grillo. Order the Tender Breeze (gin, Aperol, lemon, burnt grapefruit and plum bitters) at the polished brass bar, try Shiso gimlet (vodka, lime, lemongrass, shiso) as a refreshing alternative.
