Far removed from the clamor of Times Square at street level, Tender transports you to a glamorous retreat to welcome in 2015.
Escape from the crowds in Times Square this New Year’s Eve and experience this new 175-seat restaurant. Featuring modern American plates, the new space is helmed by Chef Edwin Purnomo.
You’ll start your four-course meal with an amuse-bouche of cauliflower panna cotta topped with American black caviar before second courses like seared black peppered tuna sushi or micro greens with soy vinaigrette arrive.
Subsequent dishes like filet mignon (with a medley of wild mushrooms, crab ravioli, fingerling potatoes and bourbonnais sauce) and pan seared halibut (with purple potato mash, tri-color baby carrots and glaze) will leave you delighted.
End the evening at the dessert buffet featuring sweets ranging from mousse mini brownies (with gold flakes) to vanilla cheesecake bites. Then, head to over to Tender’s lounge to party the night away until 100am.
