The Brisket King Of New York City, brought to you by the Food Karma Projects, returns for its fifth successive year. This year's event will be at Sanders Studios, a larger venue with a cool southern vibe, for hours of drinking, dining and entertainment.
Celebrating the wide range of barbecue now found in the five boroughs, the annual Brisket King competition brings together some 20 chefs and butchers to compete for the coveted title of The Brisket King of NYC!
