Discover trendy, new restaurants of the Lower East Side with Pair Wine Tours during these two hour wine and restaurant tours.
Grab your $49 ticket (a $75 value) and explore quality wines, along with selected food pairings. The tours start at the outstanding Charrua Restaurant and include hotspots such as Rouge and Rizzo's. You will taste a minimum of two wines per restaurant, as well as enjoy two specially selected food pairings per venue.
During the tours, you will learn about blind wine tasting, pairing wine with food, how to best shop for wine, tips for reading wine labels and more. Expect lively conversation between your expert guides and your fellow tour-goers.
Pair Wine Tours are are about having fun as much as they are about wine appreciation. Each tour - usually capped at no more than 12 people - is led by expert Sommelier Keir Carter whose resume includes Aquavit (Marcus Samuelsson ) and Cafe Luxembourg (Michael Navarrete), so you can be rest assured there are few with a better knowledge of wine than Keir.
Expect to taste a variety of delicious vintages, as you explore this lively Manhattan neighborhoods by foot, with each venue carefully chosen for an outstanding wine list.
