Grab your $39 GA Ticket (a $60 value) to join some of the city's top mixologists and pastry chefs. During this walk around tasting, you'll have a chance to taste through a selection of bespoke desserts made by NYC's premier chocolatiers and pastry chefs, while a lineup of mixologists stand-by to prepare libations designed to elucidate the flavors of each particular treat.
Meanwhile, at the bar, chocolate purists and cocktail lovers can taste through signature lines of chocolates while watching some of NYC's finest mixologists shake, stir and serve custom libations of your choice.

The afternoon is co-hosted by Jonathan Pogash, one of the premiere cocktail consultants and bartenders for restaurants and spirit companies and Johnny Iuzzini the James Beard award-winning pastry chef, and Top Chef: Just Desserts head judge.
With over 10 of the city's top mixologists on hand to make you your preferred cocktail, you know you won't be going thirsty. Join the likes of Darnell Holguin (Jimmy at the James) and James Menite (The Plaza Hotel) for a drink at the bar!
There will also be over 20 pastry chefs present, serving up signature desserts from some of NYC's famed restaurants: Cesar Moreno (The Black Ant), Zac Young (David Burke Kitchen) and Alina Martell (Ai Fiori) are just a few of the names joining Johnny Iuzzini.
