Ariel's Latin Bistro produces a rotating menu that is inspired by the local harvest season, and features fresh, sustainable ingredients from regional producers.
The space has eclectic, industrial-inspired decor with funky jet-black chandeliers hanging over the bar and giant windows facing the buzzing Houston Street.
The dinner and drinks menu have been curated and designed by Ariel "AVase" Mendez, with the help of experienced chefs and cocktail gurus.
Delicious entrees include Sirloin Steak, Scallop Camarofongoo and the restaurant's famed Paella. Alongside your food, enjoy a bottle or wine or cocktails, including regular favorites, as well as house specialties such as they Dark 'n Stormy.
