The famed Annual Halloween Parade in the Village is returning at 7:00pm on Halloween night, so pre-game at Bar 13's Night Of The Dragon Halloween Parade Open Bar Party, or make it your haunt for the evening, enjoying sinful cocktails with hundreds of other sexy souls, just 2 blocks away from all the parade action!
Dress as your favorite Game of Thrones or House of Dragons character, or simply dress to distress as bloodcurdling beats are provided by celebrity guest DJs all night long to fuel the fun, in addition to an open bar of free-flowing sips to help you shake your boo-ty on the dance floor, uninhibited.
