Yoga at The Bhakti Center is the sister studio to pulsd favorite - Stanton Street Yoga. The two studios share the same tenets - a commitment to supporting students on the path towards a healthy life. Their philosophy is centered on the belief that a sound mind in a sound body is the key to a healthy, happy existence. Each class, regardless of level, is designed with this philosophy in mind.
The studio offers a flexible schedule of over 25 weekly yoga classes, seven days a week. Experienced instructors make sure all practitioners feel included and are properly introduced to their mat before they lead the yoga classes.
While all the classes are suitable for everyone, the school does offer some Basic classes as well as Intermediate/Advanced training. The Basic classes are for those who are new to yoga or those who really want to get their alignment 100%. The Intermediate/Advanced classes are a good challenge and play with more advanced poses and faster flows.
