Ozoku Sushi & Sashimi Bar inside The Royalton is a trendy restaurant that exudes sophisticated glamour: wood panels, brass finishes and leather club chairs give this place a sense of old world style, so it's no surprise that this is where Anna Wintour has been spotted between meetings!
Taking the helm of this unique immersive dining experience is Executive Chef Vanessa Miller, a culinary prodigy who has been making waves since becoming the executive chef at SoHo hotspot The Dalloway at the age of 25.
For your Omakase, the chef will create your own bespoke menu which may range from tuna with beets and goat cheese to hamachi with candied ginger vinaigrette.
While each night will bring new delights, Chef Miller's creations always add a dose of the unexpected to traditional Japanese dishes, like a meltingly tender Salmon Nigiri, served with English pea, radish and sesame.
The see-and-be-seen atmosphere where you may just spot a celebrity about town, adds to the thrill of this decadent dinner!
