As part of the ongoing The World of Anna Sui exhibit, the Museum of Arts & Design hosts a screening of The Boy Friend - one of Sui's all times favorites and sources of inspiration. The Boy Friend is a musical extravaganza set in the French Riviera of the 1920s starring Twiggy. Drawing from a pastiche of Old Hollywood films, the film invokes a gloriously over-the-top Art Deco look that continually informs Sui's work today.
