Tours of the High Line are an excellent way to learn more about the park's history, design, public artworks, and horticulture. During September and October, Friends of the High Line offers a free, guided walking tour every Tuesday at 6:30 PM. Walking tours are led by High Line Docents — volunteers with expertise on the High Line's history, design, horticulture, art, and more.
