The Adult Ballet Class is a physical and mental workout that is built on the principals of basic ballet technique combined with cardiovascular exercises. Move from a simple ballet barre comprised of stretches for greater range of motion to low and high impact exercises that promote lean muscles, flexibility, balance and proper body alignment.

This class is for everyone from the novice with little or no training to the advanced beginner with previous dance experience. It is a perfect balance, strenuous without being overexerting and basic without being easy. This class meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6:45-8:00pm, starting on February 9th.
